Customers’ Intention to Recommend Takeaway Food during COVID-19 Pandemic

Purpose: The aim of this study is to predict perceived risk and consumer willingness in recommending takeaway food from restaurant served buffet style. Methodology/Approach: This used an online survey 170 consumers who were selected based on purposive sampling method. research questionnaire was adapted previous research. data analysed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), with Smart PLS. Findings: findings show that health psychological have a positive effect intention recommend food. Meanwhile, quality trust no In addition, trust. also shows does not function as mediator the relationship between risk, trust, recommend. Research Limitation/Implication: only uses self-report by customers. For further research, enrich discussion, it recommended use interviews or FGD. three variables. future, advisable add other Originality/Value paper: countries such China, Korea United States, related has been carried out, however for context RM Padang which unique all menus (Buffet) visiting customers’ table found literature.
